在“*ST金泰”2007年一季报中，“刘芳”位列“*ST金泰”第一大流通股东。以8月30日收盘价20.62元计，扣除3元左右的持股成本，刘芳从该只股票上净赚5501.67万元。
再一查，更加让人骇然了。刘芳还以持有“桐君阁”93.7万股，并为该股第一大流通股股东。除此而外，刘芳还持有“新都酒店”、“川化股份”、“凯迪电力”、“汕电力”、“万向钱潮”的股权，竟已组成阵容庞大的“刘芳系”。刘芳足迹所至，股价闻声暴涨。
依此计，刘芳这个“散户”的资金总量，至少在几十亿到上百亿，她应当是一位集团军的总司令。刘芳的头上被戴上了“中国最牛的散户”的王冠。
可刘芳究竟是谁？刘芳究竟是何方神圣？
随后，举国寻找刘芳的捉迷藏游戏开始了。不仅是媒体，大小报纸，连中央电视台的经济半小时都出动了。记者把自己手中的采访权变成了侦察权，尽管这似乎不大妥当，可为了讨还公众的知情权，我们也顾不了这么多了。
可下来的事，更让我们啼笑皆非了。这位在中国股市呼风得风、呼雨得雨的，打遍天下无敌手的集团军的总司令刘芳，居然是男性不说，还生活艰难，是位城市贫民。然而，中央电视台的经济半小时的记者确认，他就是登记注册的刘芳本人，身份证、照片、注册地址均经核对无误。
这就是我们的金融实名制。
在中国股市上，从登记开户，到开通银证通，银证转账，一关一关，都离不开严格的身份核证，办一个开户手续得填写几十份表格，而在银行办理银证通的一套手续，更是繁琐复杂，可刘芳怎么会和我们开如此一个天大的玩笑？几百万，几千万，上亿元的资金流，通畅无阻地在股市东杀西闯，我们居然不知道这是怎么回事。据报道，刘芳偷逃税2000多万元，这已是重罪了。查一查刘芳在股市的所作所为，已涉嫌多重犯罪。该不该发出通缉令？游戏该结束了。
从理论上说，寻找这样一个人，在我们的监管电脑寻搜系统中，输入刘芳的名字及个人资料，查找应该在两三分钟内结束。可我们已找了两三个月了，还没找到。
谁能告诉我，这是为什么？
